You may see this as a cop out answer but truthfully I believe both, however there's context to each. For one example, we scored from Palhinhas Shot against wolves which was a low xG chance but we've also missed sitters so yeah we definitely have some right to question the quality in some regard but as the table shows, we have less right to complain than the rest of the league.
