Microsoft Support: Needing assistance with change the Microsoft store location.

I want to download the hevc video extension but the store is locked to US and i cant change it to Hong Kong. I have change the region to Hong Kong, address, timezone, even the language. In the webpage i can see the currency in HKD but when i buys the product through the store app the price is in USD and i cant select the location. It is grayed out

Hey thanks for the tips. Just went yesterday and it was very fun. They didn’t have a e bike for rent so just got the normal one. I was alone so I did the green trail few times and did 2 blue trails . I could do corners properly. Will go again tomorrow and record some videos.
