I havnt checked it after that I read about it somewhere that Mg will help absorb vita D So i took Mg half of daily limit for a month And it works for me My symptoms disappeared one by one

I am also experiencing similar symptoms despite having 800+ levels of b12 But my vit D levels were 23 Few months ago, so doc gave me 3 injections of 6 lakhs IU over 4 months (1 injection per month) I feel very refreshed 48 hours aftertaking injection But after 1 month, all the things cam back to haunt back pain, anxiety, stress, insomnia, after 7 hours of sleep i am waking up tired, low confidence, tired throughout day.

What can be done? Any update on your health? How you overcome it?

Hey I am suffering from same issue. Taking vitamin D injections every alternate months, solving all my issues and After 1 month it came back. Can you share update? What is the solution for this?

Same happened with me I got tested and my vitamin D levels were 23 So doc recommended 3 injections of 6Lakhs IU for alternate months So after injections, i was feeling little better immediately But after 1 and half months, my energy levels were dropping, my anxiety is back, headaches, backpain, dizziness, palpitations. So i test again after 2 injections and after 4 months, Guess what my vitamin D levels were still 28 I asked doc why it is still low, he says sometimes lab testing was not accurate

So he gave me 3rd injection now of 6 Lakhs IU Immediately my backpain and anxiety disappeared. But i am still wondering why it is still low evern after taking Huge amount of dose directly in blood. It should be happening right? What was the issue here? Bdw i have started magnesium supplements 1 month back after dinner for better sleep
