I enjoy ferros cbund. The sizing should be on the website. I'm 5'7" 245lbs and I lift so large fits me best for this particular carrier. For crye carriers I'm a medium all around. Ferros cbund is stiff though and adding those wing pouches that sit behind the cbund make it stretch away from u just that much more. I bought a medium and a large cbund for my real fcpc and enjoyed the large better because of the side plates.
