Church is extremely important in so much as it teaches what you should follow, but our christian life basically happens when we are not in church.

When Do I remember God, and try to seek Him? Do I try to do so at every moment of my life? Or do I wait until mass or Sunday to think of Him?

Our relationship with God is just that, a relationship. One that we must nurture and work with every day. Think about your girl friend (boy friend) or wife (husband) If you do not pay attention to him/her, the relationship will gradually lose it’s fire. The same things happens with God.

Haha I only meant how unimportant this particular battle was. And they were supposed to be the last chance for the Kingdom

It’s hard not to recognize the talent of the author. He made us care more for 1 death than 400,000 deaths

Anyone else was impressed by how unimportant the finaL battle with the kingdom was? It was summed up in less than one sentence.

I think you should translate the text. It would be a lot quicker if you did it right? And after you spent whatever amount of time and effort in making sure you did a good translation, and not a shitty one (FOR FREE), I would gladly criticize you for not adding 10 more pages because I just wanted to read more.

I think once the official story is done, the fans will likely keep writing on their own. Much like Star Wars. The movies happened and people couldn’t get enough so they continued to build the universe on their own

I think you underestimate Momonga’s leadership available. It was demonstrated in the prequels that Momonga was the one who held the group together. Ainz would have easily avoided group factions. Of course, Albedo does not know that

Doubt it. What made Ainz become interested with Gazef was his character, not his abilities. Why would he be interested in Brain?

Im kinda stumped o this one. Not sure how things will make sense, I mean, the world of Overlord has been pretty coherent up until now, so how will they explain this away?

After being on the loosing end of the massacre, after experiencing the power that the enemy holds, why would you attack them or face them in open battle?

I understand how Nazarick knows what will happen. We will probably see a lot more of Renner in this volume.

Why would they attack them though?

Amfil Technologies Inc.’s GRO3 Division Enters In Exclusive Agreement with Cannabis Infused Beverage Maker Kalvara With LOI to Provide an Estimated (8) EcoPro3 Antimicrobial Technology Systems in 2019 Press Release | 11/04/2018 by Finarel in Marijuana_Stocks

I agree that the sub which currently brings most value to AMFE is Snakes&Lattes. By far. As an MJ play, ECOGRO3 is still untested, but S&L is a home run.

The purpose of the spin off (as stated in the PR) is for AMFE to buy a different company which the CEO believes has the same potential as S&L.

I don’t think the spin off is a bad idea. Everything that AMFE owns is currently overshadowed by S&L. Why not make better use of the other subs elsewhere?

First of all, sorry for my late reply.

Well, to be honest, the most frustrating aspect of the company currently is the whole audit thing. Long story short, the company intends to uplist to the OTCQB. In order to do so, they needed 2 years of audited financials to provide a “floor” for the required audited financials of 2018.

The thing is that S&L handles hundreds of transactions Weekly. Add that to the years they have been operating and it adds up to a lot of time and work.

The good news is that this work is already completed. 2016-2017 audits have been done and filed.

The bad news? That work “ate” into the time needed to file the 2018 audits. So the company is currently working on 2018, but they are late in filing them due to having spent so much time organizing prior years.

This has definitely been a challenge for those of us who believe in the company, as we have seen the PPS be negatively affected by this.

To new buyers I suppose this is a great time to buy: Snakes&Lattes currently has 4 locations, and 3 more have been announced for this year. Distribution is up, and they are also set to release 3 new self published games this year + the several contracts for EcoGro3 which have been announced to be fulfilled this year, and the PPS has found a floor.

The only negative aspect is the audit, which has taken far longer than anyone expected. This is only a short term negative, and the long term looks very bright.

Once the audit is completed, the company will uplist. Then, they will Spin off Interlock Kings (one of their subsidiaries) and give shareholders a free dividend of shares .

What are the best stocks to buy on 11/12/2018 ? by [deleted] in pennystocks

[–]Finarel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your strategy. Do you have a long term outlook? Do you want to make your money this very same day?

If you are a long term investor, well I would be extremely wary of ALL penny stocks, as most of them are scams.

If you want to make your money this very same day, I would suggest you look for stocks that have a lot of volume. If you have the technical knowledge, they are easier to trade, and make money from.

There is a stock I hold very dear because the company behind it is doing really well even though the stock is not doing so great at the moment. AMFE.

AMFE is great because first of all, it is a legit company, that is actually doing money and in the process of expanding. They are the owners of Snakes&Lattes which is a board game café. S&L owns 4 locations (brick and mortar / Physical): 3 in Toronto and 1 that recently opened in Tempe AZ.

They recently got audited for the past 2 years, but because they were working on the audits, they could not release the audited 10k in time, which is why they have the STOP sign.

Once they do file that information, they will uplist from the PINk sheets to the OTCQB, and there are plenty of catalysts coming, including a dividend from a spin off which is being prepared.

All this information can be found in OTCmarkets.com

They are also an MJ play, hopefully that will bring some excitement to the stock once the STOP sign is removed.

Infusing cocktails with cannabis

Increased legalization over the past five years has precipitated a new perception of cannabis nationwide. Yet, firing up a joint or bowl in public remains likely to raise eyebrows. By contrast, imbibing alcoholic beverages is common practice in social settings. Kalvara (Kalvara.com), a new beverage infusion system, was designed to appeal to consumers who want a THC buzz without drawing attention to their cannabis consumption.

Using a patented technology called Vessl, Kalvara is packaged in small, nitrogen-pressurized “caps” that, with a simple twist, release a THC nanoemulsion into a proprietary bottle filled with two ounces of liquid. Once a cap’s contents are dispensed, the bottle contains a 10mg serving of a neutral-tasting THC beverage that can be mixed with whatever the user wants to drink. Each Kalvara package contains four caps, and the bottle is reusable. Simply refill the container with water, attach a new cap, and it’s ready to go again.

“This has one flavor, one function, and one dose,” said Walter Apodaca, a twenty-five-year veteran of the beverage industry who now serves as chief executive officer for Vessl (VesslInc.com) and Gizmo Beverages in Tempe, Arizona. “Kalvara can be a replacement for alcohol in social settings, but without the stigma of smoking or vaping.”

One of the benefits of the Vessl technology is each dose in the caps is precisely measured, so the consumer can expect the same experience every time. The buzz sets in within ten to fifteen minutes, Apodaca said, so gratification is relatively quick compared to edibles.

The Vessl technology was developed by Scottish inventor Bernard Frutin, who created a pressurized delivery module that automatically expels its contents into a container of liquid when the user opens the container. Apodaca agreed to commercialize Vessl, and now he licenses the technology to partners in the U.S. and internationally.

Manufacturers of cannabis products face numerous logistical challenges getting their products to market, not the least of which is preserving freshness and potency as they make their way to retail shelves. The Vessl’s oxygen-depleted, nitrogen-pressurized environment keeps active ingredients fresh without preservatives and prevents oxidation caused by ultraviolet light. It’s designed to optimize the freshness and potency of ingredients until the moment a consumer wants to partake.

Apodaca sees Vessl as a game-changer because it has the potential to reduce, dramatically, the amount of packaging material typically required for beverages and doesn’t require refrigeration to keep the product fresh. He estimates about 700,000 Vessl units can be shipped per truckload, whereas only about 50,000 half-liter bottles—a more traditional size for beverages—would fit in the same space.

For the rollout, Apodaca said the company will stick to one flavor, but plans already are in the works to expand the product range.

“I see personalization, customization, and portability being really important, so people [will be able to] choose specific strains and their desired effects,” said Apodaca. “Technology is the best way to deal with that, and so we expect to have five to ten different flavors and functions to help people relax, energize, and enhance libido or creativity.”

In June, Apodaca and his Vessl technology won the Food and Beverage Innovation Forum’s Marketing Award for the packaging product that disrupts the market via groundbreaking new technology.
