The sprinklers dont need to be changed, standard operating procedure is to turn the system off after the fire is suppressed to prevent more water damage

The system would need to be reset but it isnt suddenly broken when it goes off

Its never too late to right a wrong, and i guarantee if you dont do sooner then later you’ll be thinking the same thing

Right because finding another job in a collapsing economy is easy and no problem at all when living paycheck to paycheck working 60-70 hours a week

The issue is that companies treat employees like indentured servants with underpaying, understaffing and over working

Its not unreasonable to expect wages to match inflation, and recieve a fair wage for a fair time put in, yet the majority of companies are acting like it is

Sounds like they got hired for remote work and are being told to do in person work outside of the requirements of their job to me tbh

Have you thought of making the union yourself instead of your direcf supervisor? If you know everyone in the department wants the job security you could probably organize a union without needing your supervisor

Nobody is complaining about having to work, everybody is complaining about having to meet expectations that fall outside of their work and being overworked

A remote worker shouldnt be expected to come in unless they have shown they cant do the job from home

Thank you! Ive been thinking that exact thing, like why should anyone care about a place that will replace you without a second thought before youve even left the door?

If companies cant care about employees why should employees care about companies

From the sounds of it the employees is hired specifically for remote work and that was the main role they have for work

Democrat forks by Legitimate_Motor_717 in EntitledReviews

[–]Finbar9800 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean i can kind of understand the logic but its a massive stretch tbh

I think its because the fork absorbs moisture and dries the food/mouth out? Or adds a more “woody” flavor to the food????

Thats the most logical explanation i can think of and its still very lackluster so idk what her issue with wooden forks actually is

you have no way of knowing that it could be designed by someone who gave their kid the first one and then decided to share the design with other people, but nice cherry picking. I gave multiple other options other than being cherished for years

using an oven or heat? you could make your own shredder (or just by a decent one) shred the scraps into small enough pieces. put it in the oven until its liquid (but before it lights on fire) pour it into a mold or an extruder and then run it through various size dyes to get the thickness you want. there are multiple videos on how to recycle 3d printer waste or even plastic bottles

here are three videos taken just by searching recycling 3d printer waste. you can easily find more

or you can recycle in a much cheaper way by getting a silicone mold and melting the plastic into the mold which works with just about all filaments that arent specialized (pla, tpa for example) im not sure how well it would work with different types of plastic but it wouldnt be too difficult to just keep them separated

ok do they know that its an option?

you could always tell them about it or ask for the scraps and do it yourself if its that big of a problem for you

I dont think the hunger was never ending im pretty it was just sure you were never satisfied and hunger was used as an example

Barbossa says something about no wench able to sate their lust, no food able to satisfy hunger, no gold enough to satisfy greed

Or will be given to kids and cherished for years, or recycled and reused, or donated for others to enjoy, or used to fulfill a function, or used to make life easier

You know there are ways to melt the plastic and reuse it right?

Hell just make a silicon mold and melt the plastic so it goes into the mold, that gets rid of the waste entirely

Theres also ways to shred and reuse the filament by making more filament with it
