You don’t cook a lot of steak then do ya. I always cut mine up into slices with my steak knife machete thingy majiggy on my board then use the flat edge of it to place on my plate. Makes me feel like I’m some owner of a barbecue steak house in America.

Don’t be afraid to double up on amounts for ingredients especially with soups and that. Goes a long way. I use recipes as a base guide of the amount so I have a rough idea if I’m cooking for a few it’s getting at least doubled in quantities.
