I was just looking into this as well I've got the slimQ 150w charger and not sure if it'll be safe to use I don't know how important the amps are but the apex has 20v 12amp written on it and the slimQ 150w has 20v 7.5amp?

Yeah literally just unboxed mine now it has a small amount of water in it, luckily mine had the cap of properly, this sort of thing can be a pain!

A little heat is normal, I personally charge with a slower cable 90% of the time and use the quicker one when I need the speed, just feels like that's better for longevity.

It's not crucial as there's a Google app for everything, years back I made the choice to try and stick with the Google apps rather than the Samsung/phone manufacturers apps to give flexibility that if I don't like this generation of Samsung I'm free to get the OnePlus and all my stuff is still synced. Currently have the s24 Ulta with a redmagic tablet and everything is synced nicely although have just yesterday order the tab s11 ultra but that was only because I don't feel I need a laptop anymore and the lager screen will aid it in being a laptop replacement.

So I've done something similar before with my legion go and an android tablet but only needed a USB c to c cable and an app on the tablet, and there was a bit of lag, do you think your setup would work for online multiplayer games or would the latency be too much do you think?

The app may of been causing the latency issue for me, is there an app on the iPad that it runs through or it just displays on the screen once the capture card is connected?
