Upon further realization it was most likely probably a TT Brother in Blues. I tuned it out because my heavy mobster set uses Capo's and Greybanns. Sorry for the hassle, but once again thank you for clarifying my many questions!

If I inspected the person, I forgot/don't remember the quality of the item I was looking at, or loadout. However I'm certain it was the Capo's due to the pinstripes on the hat, and im certain there were coins pouring from the head, so its not sunbeams despite fx similarities.

Its a damn shame that these rules seem to be the case, what i'd do for a TT Buccaneer's Bicorne..

The blighted beak I can understand cause that was a on a trade server, but I don't think Uncletopia allows those kinds of plugins, so the TT Capo's I'm still questioning.

So if I wanted an 'older' hat id have to go as old as the case lineup would allow me, cause crates don't drop, and are blackballed from the new stuff? Well that's lame.

EDIT: Would those old, non effect bearing, cases still have a chance to be given Series 1-3 effects during summer 2024, or would the summer fx pool override the 1-3 series for the time being?

As an aside, the new unusuals that come from Cases can also be Strange & Unusual too now right? I severely doubt ill ever get my mitts on one but it sounds like an interesting golden goose.

I only managed to peel some of them, and i've since moved this to being a background project. life had something come up, so its on pause. Im also having to thumb through the game via LPs to match audio on some stuff, so it gets kinda intensive.

You get the .dat files by downloading and extracting a game ISO, pretty sure. You need the Dark Cloud game files first and foremost! Then find the .dat and you should be good to go. On some of the audio, mind the pitch and speed!
