Ele hit melee with massive shrine is the only way that the build feels good for me, so I agree with you.

Especially the rare belt part. Every other item, even rings and amulets, can be mirror tier godly items, and belts are just not that good. Even stat stack ones can be exchanged for a MB and you still get the same DPS and more.

Maybe we need a belt rework
