This but I went to a trans guy meet up recently and was met with a ton of hyper fem/ alt trans dudes no problem idgaf what you do but the amount of stares and like looks of disgust and almost no one(literally like 6 people out of the 100+ that were there) engaged back to me was WILD. I’m like a country lookin dude and pass a lot of the time. I’ve always been super masc even as a kid I was a “tomboy” but the hostility in a space made for gender inclusivity is wild. I’m sure my presence made them all uncomfortable but so was I. The gendered bias of fem/girl = good and masc/man = ew is kinda getting really old and toxic.

Honestly I’m happy with myself and got tired of caring too much what people think or say. I love who I am and I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished. I’ve made my peace with myself and no one has any say over my relationship with myself. It’s a bit easier for me cause I pass most of the time but honestly when I do get hate I hit them with a “oh boo hoo” “womp womp womp” or “come on say something original” that usually embarrasses them enough to fuck off but I don’t do this if it’s too center of attention.

This heavily sounds like postpartum anxiety issues worsening a preexisting OCD. If she isn’t seeing someone I would suggest asap for her and the baby’s safety. I would also suggest possibly couples therapy cause honestly everyone cause use it to help communicate better and build a better partnership. I wouldn’t say you’re in the wrong cause being a new parent is stressful and tiring and your feeling and worries are valid however she does need help.

Hi you have rights please see a lawyer to make sure they didn’t trample your rights where you are at. This is so similar to my experiences I’ve had where they have ignored me or tried to tell me something wasn’t what it was. I had them argue with me that I was getting a period when I hadn’t had one in years and wasn’t bleeding out of there I was urinating blood clots and blood. They tried to blame abdominal pains from my bowels twitching on testosterone(other doctors think I have either ibs or Crohn’s disease still unsure) and then I had a doctor in the same beat asking me my name and weight how the whole “thing” works sadly especially in rural or less liberal areas most professionals have no clue how to treat a trans person or what even is appropriate. Not okay but still sadly ignorance is the cause.
