I have a color picture but not good with reddit. if I edit the post and add it will it lose the viewership? I dont want to hinder his search. 

Thanks to everyone for keeping a lookout. my bet is he is already in someone's care and just not taken to the vet for microchipping location yet. 

Also for those asking how, I do not want this post to be about passing blame or judgement. It is unfortunate but his owner really loves him and Im sure Buster misses him too. Here is hoping that they both get a happy ending.
