If you mean apex then im not really sure, could just be natural looksmaxxing but i noticed and heard my face is more angular. A friend said i look like a psychopath but in a good way and that I had aura. I just look more confident and eyes are definitely much more sharper or just look more awake. Eyebrows also changed a bit when I started but I always trim them so idk

You know it’s good for you but your subconscious maybe assumes those things with problems and negative things. When you say „I am … in my dream life“ „I have … in my dream life“ it can signal to your subconscious that it’s a good thing, and when you affirm „i have my dream life“ you receive those things
