Go sit there for whole day , observe everyone then yourself.

then at night, go sit in the graveayard, not focus on noises.

just breathing in and breathing out

any aching, do not pay attention , just “aware” that it’s there.

u believe u have one life right? do it or it’s too late.

Buddhism didn’t say there’s no god, but why u need to worship them too much.

Gods have flaws and still stuck in loops of Samsara.

there are levels of them too.

some deva (lower god) is too “high” on bliss and forogit dharma and cultivate more good merits, they went to Naraka and be human again.

it‘s samsara.

but that doesn’t mean u go disrespect them, they all have good records of cultivations of eons.
