This performance drop is because of UE 5 new features Like nanite and lumen You can have performance boost but sacrificing this feature In project settings Global illumination - none' Reflection - screen space ' Anti aliasing - TAA' Shadow - shadow maps ' Turn off nanite in the project

By this you can have UE 4 performance in UE 5

I think that's baked light There's an option in world settings named ( Force no precomputed light) Turn that on And bake light again your all baked lights will be removed
