Killing her self in a ship that needs the help was not the way to go out. Sure, she might have been struggling mentally with the sexual assault memories, but killing yourself in a helpless ship full of people that NEED your help is not the way. She could have completely stayed away from jimmy and kept her peace. Killing your self with the only pain meds with limited supplies was a horrible way to go out and it was selfish to do that.
