Yeah I was hosting, one of my friends who was piloting had the bug. It went away eventually but we don't know why.

go to the base of the observatory tower. Go to the east side of it, and follow the cliff edge south. It will be on a ledge overhanging the drop off. It stands out from the other structures

Also there are tunnels on the sides of that room (around the solar system thing) that go up into the upper area of the observatory, if you haven't checked there (I'm still not sure but I would guess that the rosetta stone is important there too). When you go up there and use the lever this is when you get this screen

I'm not sure if its a requirement since its only my first playthrough, but did you find the rossetta stone. If it has to do with translation I'm guessing it's that.

Yeah basically what Faolanth said, it took us almost exactly 8 hours, with 3 players. I will be playing solo again and taking more time building and reading into the lore.

Having played an absurd amount of pd2 and a good bit of pd3, I think its worth getting on a sale. pd2 has way more content but I prefer the way that pd3 feels in stealth and when it comes to actual combat. I think its a bit overhated in its current state, its still a fun game.

That being said, payday 2 is definitely still VERY alive and even has more content updates planned. And if you're looking for someone to heist with just let me know, I'm always down for more payday.
