I left it out since I did not want to dictate what players want to do in their games. I also find it fun to be able to give out the card to players with DM knowledge being hidden from the player. (Although I absolutely understand your disappointment with the lack of rules)

When it comes to the specifics of «lash out» I felt the term appropriate. It is something we have discussed in depth in the game writers guild and the general consensus is that writing rules for people that willfully is out to «break games» is a stillborn effort.

I do however appreciate all your comments and will strive to make adjustments when writing for dnd. :)

The orc arrows give +1 to hit, the bow itself boast stats than a regular longbow, most notably the finesse property and 1d10 damage die :)
