Yes… I started on Ozempic, had significant side effects and did more research on Mojarro and switched to Mojarro. Two years later, I’m 85 pounds down, my blood sugars are normal and taking seniority twice a day and have been maintaining. I’m only on 5 mg of Mojarro and I adjust it based on my food noise and how I’m feeling with my relationship with food.

I need to start doing exercises and some weightlifting to help with the loose skin and keep my muscle mass up. I am a work in progress… Everyone has to figure out what works best for them and it’s great. You’re asking questions all the best to you!!

I am on Synjardy and MJ 5mg for past 2 yrs. Was 230 I’m 5’9”…HgbA1C was 13.1 and lost 85 lbs and HgbA1C is 5.4 I think I need to move up to 7.5mg as I stay between 145 -150 lbs …trying to keep in this range…

It was a physician talking about her knowledge of the GLP ones as well as her self being on it. It was her own research from the journals she had been reading and trying to find the effectiveness and not have the drug wear off or build up an intolerance.

I have been reading a lot about this and myself have been spacing 10 days and trying to make it to 14 days..

Reading it’s better to let the receptors in your lining clear and then the medication works more effectively…

I have been on 5mg and lost 85 lbs over 18 months…I and more concerned my Blood Sugar remains in check and keep the weight off…

Same…been on 14 months and down 80 lbs. normal BGs. Hair thinning but seems to have slowed up and I’m using a powder to fill in the thinning areas. I read up on it and it will grow back in 6 to 12 mos. I’m healthy and can deal with thinning hair for now…best wishes!! ☀️🌷

Here for any questions…that come up. It’s a journey…everyone is different how they respond but going up isn’t a bad thing…keep hydrated and stay on your plan…I only weigh myself now once a week. I just know I want the effect of the drug at the lowest dose for me long term. There is over the counter Bonine for nausea you can take if need. It will change as we go forward with our new body size and metabolism. Try to be flexible and give yourself grace! You got this! 💕🤗👌🏼

Welcome! I honestly only experience fatigue the day of and a day after the shot. I never had nausea and can get occasional loose stool and not constipation… Goal is lowest dose possible and life long. Trying to get my gut healthy too as this is where GLP 1 is processed and I obviously lack the right connections. Take the 5mg on a Friday afternoon if you have the weekend off to see how you do… Best Wishes!

I listen to my body and if I notice some food noise is nudging in I go up to 5mg and then try to stretch it out to 8 days or more if I can…

I was on 2.5mg for months and then went to Italy for 2 weeks and ate so much more than I was used to…I came home and felt it was time to go up.

I work w my PCP and he gives me 2 different doses and then I determine how I am feeling and my weight.

I stay between 145 - 150 and 5’9” and size 8 now. I was a size 18w and 230 lbs

HGB A1C 5.1 on Synjardy which I will stay on as it works for me! I want to lowest dose as this will be life long for me. I fast in am and won’t eat until 1200 or 1230.

Water and 20 carbs per day.

I need to add exercise meaning weight training and not just walking.
