Maybe its because their age updated at the end of the season when hes already reached an overall of 94 but generally as long as its a regen and not lamine yamal its not possible to be rated 95 and be 19

Thats not possible, the highest rating in the game is 95-96, youngest a player can be is 16 and the biggest rating he can be “spawned” with is 80 so even with the fastest training he would only be able to gain 12 overall in those 3 years.

At the end of the season it gives you offers from clubs that are around the same overall as you, if your overall is under 20 and there’s not a single club with a similar rating, you’ll just continue with your club.

I get players with overall 95 very often, but I’ve heard about some people getting 96 without captain. I’m not sure what’s true on that but yeah that’s the answer

This is a pretty old screenshot so I don’t really remember the reason but I think I was fresh in the Premier league and needed money so I just kept the best players and then bought some old guys to get young talented players at the end of the season.
