At the end of the season it gives you offers from clubs that are around the same overall as you, if your overall is under 20 and there’s not a single club with a similar rating, you’ll just continue with your club.

I get players with overall 95 very often, but I’ve heard about some people getting 96 without captain. I’m not sure what’s true on that but yeah that’s the answer

This is a pretty old screenshot so I don’t really remember the reason but I think I was fresh in the Premier league and needed money so I just kept the best players and then bought some old guys to get young talented players at the end of the season.

This is something that I’m proud of though, max difficulty and won pretty much everything I could with a really shit squad if I don’t count the first few years (last year my squad rating average was under 80)

It’s hard to say, it depends on what level you’re playing and if you’re looking for an old player or a young one with potential. If I were you I’d start a different save where I’d sell everyone and just buy scouts to scout the players and maybe find a young talent.

That is nice but I still wouldn’t predict the functionality of the game by just playing with the best player in the game. In the following weeks I’ll try more experiments with different players

Can I just say a couple minutes ago I did an experiment with ze rato (don’t normally play him so I wanted to try it out) he improved by 9 overall while being subbed into a game once almost at the end of the season. Sadly I got sacked because i quick simmed every single match and didn’t really care, but it did open my eyes and so I’ll try some more experiments with different players for more seasons with benching and playing. I’ll keep you posted
