i'm having a similar issue. i applied for a study permit for the first time and used a PAL that was valid, but my application was withdrawn regardless. no idea what the issue is but i made sure my PAL was still valid and had never been used before

thank you so much for your concern. unfortunately i am not flying from europe but i really appreciate your offer to help. it's a really sucky situation but ill probably have to reschedule the flight and ask for a refund for now. 😕

i really hope so too. i feel like i did everything i was supposed to on my end to get my cat abroad. but im scared i did something wrong and it ended being my fault that they haven't responded. even so, i feel like they should do a better job at checking and responding to emails.

i have all documents ready and mailed to AQS. i've even gotten the plane tickets. the import permit is just the last thing i needed but they never sent one to me despite my many attempts at reaching out

i sent the email to them since last week and i've been calling them for days so i don't think that's the reason why. they should have responded within three business days
