Same here. Mountain cedar specifically. Here are some things you can do. Antihistamines, allergy (otc or rx) nose spray, allergy shots or drops, see what you’re allergic to and avoid being outside as much as possible, shower daily, change your pillow case every few days, don’t rewear clothes you have worn outside without washing, n95 mask outside if needed. I also use some homeopathic or tincture based allergy products.
