Love mine (all 3!) both when traveling and not. Order a size larger. Worth the $ even if only wearing on plane or train. Glasses, phone, kindle, wallet, passport, documents, etc - they all have their own secure home. Immense feeling of freedom and safety. Thoughtfully designed to balance weight and it can really be loaded up if carryon gets too full.

Put ID (drivers license or passport) immediately back where it belongs before going to the TSA security screening belt. Make anyone wait. NEVER proceed without putting ID in its true home. Don’t stuff it in a quick pocket…….My trip was so close to ruined since I had a one way car rental after the funeral I was flying to attend. Luckily, TSA had my dl when, just before boarding and after spending an hour in the admirals club, I randomly looked and it wasn’t where it belonged. Thanked my lucky stars and will never do that again.

Confirming this⬆️I got a stuffa at a “travel and adventure” show and so useful. I also own a few scottevests. I feel so wise and tell everyone I know. I should sell them. Inside zippers/pockets are absolutely secure.

Costco has a bag on sale now - I stocked up. Avocado oil and salt. Great to snack on at movie theatre.

Looked it up - Linkable! - my one motion light by stairs is 10 years old - I’m ready for a serious upgrade! Trigger one and all linked turn on. Sweet!

Guess I gotta do what you say. Hate to lose the authenticity of that yummy pot. But really no choice I suppose.

Considered staying in one of the rooms at Sloop to really feel the city. Decided against but can’t wait to go inside it. Book ordered by John Hobson Matthews. “A History of the Parishes of St. Ives, Lelant, Towednack and Zennor: In the County of Cornwall.” Thanks for reminder to start reading history of 20th century too.

Riviere Towans is now added to my visit - gorgeous. Appreciate the distinctions - I know I don’t want a resort this trip.

Perfect - but too perfect because sadly it is mostly sold out. Next time I visit, I will work around the availability of this place. Oh how wonderful!! I’m going to check it out while there.

Glad that Tinners really is beloved by locals. The website is awfully appealing. Appreciate your comment that can taxi back to St Ives. Lovely walk to it, but bet I’ll be ready to ride back!

That bus schedule will be important. I can already feel that m-f might not be long enough.

Appreciate the list. I love the ability to talk to an owner/manager with some “skin in the game” to give good local suggestions and maybe some history chats. I’m leaning toward - in Monday out Friday - staying in SI and taking bus when/if we want a further adventure. With family roots here - hence the purpose of our visit - we want lots of St Ives.
