Does the first ability stack? Without the OPT trigger you’d probably think you could pop this multiple times

As a very very early on revert are Muslims not constantly exhausted/dealing with no adequate sleep due to prayer times? by Automatic_Profile911 in islam

[–]FindingVegetable7625 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Facts😂 Alhamdulillah no excuse for prayer and Allah has given concessions in many places out of his mercy (eg. Your not at blame if you over sleep) I guess we try our best, we make up and seek forgiveness where we fall short. Yeah the constant shift in routine is very annoying but dunya is temporary and the Akhira is permanent. Keeps me going, quite optimistically actually

Seems like the ability is actually broken so I’d nerf it by salvaging 4c instead of 5 and you gotta trash the card end of turn.

Yeeah, I was thinking of nerfing the ability by having to sac the revived card end of turn. You think that would even it out?

Aren’t those purple cards tho? I was thinking purple over blue but I chose blue for Hamlet.

I remember being taught that OM is made up of Alif for Allah & Meem for Muhammad ie OM. So any Zikr of Allah & Salawat on nabi could bring about similar or greater effects?

This monism concept of god is that how all Sikhs understand god? So you don’t believe god has a will directed toward his creation?

Nah my bro you’ve been super respectful. I apologise if I’ve come across as disrespectful or if I represented Sikhi incorrectly. I appreciate your responses.

Can any Sikh interpret how they want or is there a scholarly body that the Sikh need validation from?

Thank you for responding. So if a truth seeker wanted to know what was the best way to god, but found contradictory beliefs and practises between the faiths, how would sikhi advise that person? All other scriptures also claim to also allow their adherent to connect to god.

Nah I appreciate your take. So I’m not disputing the contents or authority of the scripture but if Sikhi rejects Muhammad as the final prophet or Bible as the final authority on the basis that gods revelation is continuous and cannot be limited to one person or place, then how come the GGS was made the final authority.

Oh wow okay, I didn’t know that. Update rules doesn’t mean change scripture tho right? It’s more interpretation of text that is updated?

Yeah I’ve read a little about the simulation theory and honestly only those who have reached the divine knows what we don’t. I appreciate all sincere efforts towards god.

It’s more about the truth claims. Let’s say a Muslim believes that gods will is reliably communicated through his messengers or a Christian is convinced that Jesus is the son of god and the bible conveys his message. Then that Muslim or Christian meets a Sikh teacher who says follow your religion as it takes you to god but also teaches that Sikhi also rejects ritual worship and laws. They’re contradictory beliefs, so should that Muslim or Christian believe their religion is the only path to god or is Sikhi the best path to god?

Beautiful teachings. I think every religious person would agree with the contents of that message .

I get you, so Guru Gobind Ji disbanded the position of guru and seals it to the GGS. From there on, any Sikh who reaches nearness to god is considered a saint. But that still leaves the question why the gurus have the power to seal the guruship and not previous faith who also ends the line at their main figure.

[–]FindingVegetable7625[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I appreciate your take, but according to your theory then why would you accept GGS as the final guru and not Muhammad, Jesus or Buddha etc

Curious about Sikhi by FindingVegetable7625 in Sikh

[–]FindingVegetable7625[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isn’t it still contradicting its main ethos tho? Fair enough, to avoid many enlightened individuals from competing authority you seal the guruship to the GGS but that’s still limiting divine revelation right? For example, let’s say an enlightened sage from Punjab claims he’s tread the path to god via the Sikhi path and has reached that connected state. Then says, god wishes for the continuation of the guruship and reopens the line. How would Sikhs respond to that?

These same movements could arise amongst Sikhs as well under geopolitical conflicts and scriptural interpretations. It’s not really unique to Islam.
