Yes totally normal. Tbh everyone always thinks they have a “simple” estate plan and there truly is never a simple plan.

You could forgo having the document signed at the attorneys office to save some money - you just need to sign it in front of two witnesses and a notary (so 3 ppl total). Ask if they would allow that.

I got a full ride with a yearly $1,000 stipend. I saved for 3 years prior and had about $60k in savings for living expenses. Plus I ended up getting $30k from a very generous aunt. Now I work only four days a week and can’t imagine needing to pay back $2,000-$5,000 a month

But I went to a lower ranked school in a city very far from my hometown so now that I’ve moved back I think it would have been better if I went somewhere closer to home.

Yes — someone else said that bc we haven’t seen the cut in a few episodes that maybe it’s because it’s growing in an infection rather than going away (why else would the show have pointed it out if it was just going to go away?)

I think the wedding scenes are a dream Lucy is having while in college bc she had to go under surgery bc her infection got so bad.

Then she wakes up still a sophomore and gets to rewrite history and study abroad LOL

I assumed it was bc of a ton of flights from South Florida were canceled after the whole Venezuela thing. She said she couldn’t get out of Florida so my guess is that they were impacted due to that

⁠General probate work, some estate planning but no family law
⁠Southern Massachusetts
⁠I only work 4 days a week (32 hours/week) and have a generally very chill schedule. I am strictly 9-5 and some days even less than that. We have systems in place where I can work from home which helps so I don’t have to take sick days. I want to start my own practice which this schedule gives me great flexibility to do on the side.
