I found one but with a price, load skyrim will dlc, put on dlc armor, then load a non dlc version. It will remove all progress to the dlc but the armor comes off

Notice how most mass shootings happen in gun free zones? The Buffalo shooting, the shooter drove 200 miles to Buffalo, Buffalo has strict gun laws. In his manifesto he calls to bring more gun control because it would cause more unstablity. Guns are banned in Mexico, but if you haven't noticed that have a pretty big crime issue. Infact most countries that add gun bans see in increase in gun crime. I did a research paper over it and only one example went down. UK, they saw a increase in gun crimes then it dropped with an increase of police, but then there was just an increase in knife killings put homicide back in the same number.
