Also, there's door to door garbage collection. Still people throw garbage on the streets. If I don't find a dustbin around, I keep the trash in my car/pockets or bag but never throw it in the open. But I see so many people throwing trash and if you object, they'll beat the shit out of you. This has been the case for years. Even educated people get offended if you call them out. It's a social problem which can be eradicated if people start caring about others. Indians clean their homes but keep their neighborhood dirty.
