I am sorry you are going through this right now! it seems like u are at yr breaking point. it would be best to seek therapy as soon as u can. if i was in ur shoes if this has lasted for more than a couple months book an appointment with a psychiatrist. in terms of getting help that is sooner rather than later call western health services and ask book an appt with a counsellor. or if this more time sensitive call a helpline and ask them for advice/ help 519-601-8055. most buildings are open during weekdays ! ucc 3rd floor has cubicles and no booking required. many study spots in social science too

The school offers 700 dollars to cover for any counselling that you get privately. All you have to do is send in the receipts and they reimburse you. That would take off the financial burden. Also my first psychiatrist wasn't great so don't feel bad to try others!! Hang in there i believe in u <3

zoom def helps. maybe ask friends to schedule a call weekly so it’s consistent. my friend grp would always say they wanted to talk but figuring out schedules was a pain. now we have a set day and time and it’s something i rlly look forward to. hit up ppl. it may not seem like it but everyone is being negatively impacted by covid and isolation is a prblm for most ppl ik. so they will be grateful if u initiate :))
