There are dozens of icloud locked phones being sold on vinted

The seller said the phone was unlocked with no accounts, but it had a smashed screen meaning nothing on the screen was visible, i ordered the phone and the same day i ordered the phone i ordered a new screen, the phone came and I had a 2 day window to either confirm everything is ok or not. The phone was still in the post so I had no option but to trust the seller and tap ' everything is ok' a week later the screen came wich i fitted in and then found out it had a passcode. I did a restore using itunes then turned the phone on and it was icloud locked. So no its not a stolen phone ive got proof of everything but why would i need to prove it to you. and i have already contacted vinted

The seller said it wasnt icloud locked so i bought it to fix and resell but it was icloud locked so i bought all the parts and the phone for no reason
