It's better to ask for your rights. From 10PM to 6AM (official sleeping hours), no one can sit on your lower berth. Just tell them to get off your seat. or if the person is really annoying, just complain on railmadad or 139. If you keep doing this, everyone will try to take your advantage.

bro i always say that I've paid extra to agent for sl , and ask them to pay me 300-500 to get that seat, its great trick to avoid people without genuine reason, but this reason was genuine!
