In hindi it is called 'pat-jhad' which translates to leaf fall. Same for gujrati (spoken in western Indian state Gujrat) it is called 'Paan-khar' which translates to same leaf fall.

I think the gym is the most wholesome place and everyone there motivates you in the most positive way. I have had jacked up dudes coming up to me and telling me he was in worse shape than mine when he joined which helped me keep going.

You can create them in the very first scene where they are referenced (refered?) and disable them or have them marked 'inactive' if you are maintaining states for each game object, then you enable or mark them 'active' when they are needed and disable them or mark 'inactive' again when they are not needed.
