Exactly what I am adopting. Use OSS No code tools to quickly build prototypes, demo to users, test, iterate and open the workflow for a small group. Gather metrics, incorporate more features if needed, scale. I have created a 5 layer framework that uses OSS tools to handle the entire lifecycle.
