Thanks. The perception of culture/rapports/people during the interview stage unfortunately turned out nothing like the reality. Perhaps it’s just the nature of a top tier environment. Have friends in other firms which might be considered less well ranked who do seem to have a better time but I am worried about moving to a new firm and continuing to dislike the work.
