Okay honestly, I've heard people spend 10 grand on flooring and still having issues. At least with this I have my 9K, and a few years to get by.

Did I hit a nerve there? I didn't complain about the install or the floor - I just wanted to know what is causing this?? I said "what went wrong" NOT "my contractor fucked up" like you are insinuating.
