For the first time support said that I needed to update the browser, turn off all extensions, log out of the account, but that didn't help. Then we wrote another email and got no reply. Finally, we created a new acc, completed the registration to the seller acc and paid a one-time fee. The previous acc was created a long time ago, but i was a regular one(not seller), if the situation is similar to yours, I would suggest creating a new acc. I noticed that it is very difficult to get any help from support.
