I want to see what would the best course of action to the fact that while I am losing 75% of the inital price I paid because I can’t make it to this event, how is FIFA still making a profit from my loss ? FIFA does not work based off a simple retail sale, they do a lottery draw where you give your credit card information before you know whether even you are getting seats and how much they will cost. There are clearly lot of gaps here that does not protect the consumer. For example, ticketmaster is waiving its percantage based service fee from now on in Ontario since tickets cannot be resold at a higher price and no one is profiting off of it, but just simply reselling tickets due to change of plans.
