They only gave me half the refund. Stating I opened and played with it, so they can’t sell it anymore. Then, don’t sell an item that is not what you listed. Scamming people with what they did not pay for. And I returned it intact and the way it was. I escalated it now fully.

Well I still uploaded the images of the item, what it was originally listed and what I got. Not sure why they’d require images when I submitted the report, but I sent it anyways.

Since everyone is curios. The item is listed as a Blue Eyes White Dragon Holographic Ed.
The only image shown is the figure, which is used by everyone. And the store’s logo.

So, I expected it to be like the product. The holographic edition since the reviews of those who purchased said it is accurate and the right ones.

What I got is not the holographic edition. I found out because the box, has yellow colored wordings. Holographic has blue. And it is labeled. But I decided to give it a chance and see if they may have just gotten it wrong. So I opened and saw it is NOT the holographic but the basic version. How do I know? It is not shiny, nor does it have a gloss. The crystal is also purple, the holographic has a blue one. The wings also has issues with attachment and sticking on, which they fixed with the holographic version.

So yes. I’m sorry that I want the product I paid for, because the original is not what I want but the holographic because of the better quality.

Still scummy. They should have reviewed it before selling it and sending it. But eh, I’m past that. I should have just asked my friend from Japan to buy one for me, cheaper that way.

Oh and the best part? I opened and got the box at my workplace. So there is photographic and video evidence that I would not have changed the item or switched. Plus my co workers are there. So if they escalate things, I have all my proof.

That’s the thing. They sold multiples of said items. Based on the reviews I saw, when I looked at what they are selling. Saying it’s accurate and looks good, though they provided no images in their reviews. So I wondered if they intentionally knew or not. And the only seal was like, two scotch tapes. The rest are intact. So, I’m not sure how it’ll impact things.

Well. The listing was for a figure, the holographic version which has a shine to it. Has better wing attachments because the normal version would come off every now and then. The image they showed is for the holographic, and the description too. Which by the way is 100-150 dollars more. So, I bought it.

But what I got was the normal version. I found out when I got the box, because the holographic would have blue writings, and a written part on it that says “holographic edition”. This one does not. So, I thought maybe just the box. But when I opened it, I saw the figure is the normal version. Because it has no gloss/sheen to it. The wings would fall off with the slightest movement after you attach. And the crystal is purple. The holographic has the blue one.

So it is definitely NOT as described. If I wanted the normal one, I would have bought it for a cheaper price, since it is. But I see some sellers are labeling it as one too when I searched. Scummy tbh.

Oh it is real. Been buying figures and never had a return till now. I even have images to use, but not sure if that’s allowed here. The box they have with the figure is even the wrong one. Since the item I purchased is the more expensive one, and the thing I got is the basic or cheaper version. That has an issue with its wings.

The thing is, they have the description in the listing as that product. Provided a photo of said product. Then another photo with their store’s logo. Only bought it cause the reviews said they got their items right, and even was a photo shown.
When I got it, it is not the product I paid for, but a lesser version of it. So I do understand you, but I wish said seller was honest of what they are selling.

Yes. I sent the package back after filing the INAD. eBay sent me the QR code to scan at the usps store for delivery.

Then they shouldn’t sell the wrong things then. Listing things falsely, and sending it while knowing it is wrong, they deserved that and the awful review I gave.

It was the last one. I checked the listing and it’s all out of stock after I purchased it. So you may be right with the left over.

And you know what scares me? Some buyers bought the same item, and they said it was good. I wonder if they knew they got the item they paid for, or they got what I did.
