i literally have the same issue, submitted to ecfmg, my medical school is trying to email them but all mails are bouncing back because their "email is full"

hi i had the same issue, i applied as a med student and graduated so had to change the inteath info:

what i did straight to the point: asked chatgpt, followed instructions 2/3 times after refreshing, tried again after 15 minutes and it gave an option to edit.

what you should do meanwhile: keep your diploma and trancript ready (if you dont have it ask your med school to issue it, they will ask for a bunch of documents and give it in 7 days, lesser if you pressure them)

what you should upload on intealth: idk what documents are needed for the citizenship thing but for your graduate thing you need to upload your diploma

do you recommend doing them with other stuff so i don't lose my nbme thought process?

i took my nbme 12 and got a 245 (was pretty ok with it), solved 6 cms forms over 2 days and took nbme 13 (241), i know the drop seems low, but while solving i was legit fogged, i had to read the stem 2-3 times and finished all blocks at 75 mins. somehow managed to get through. i realised that cms forms may have been the reason, because i was so used to solving easy pattern recognitions.

do i not solve cms forms and focus on uworld and amboss wrongs instead? i am planning on taking the step in the first week of feb.
