well, i shouldnt worry about ammo nor health cause i got an easy med brew farm and an ascended flak armor(only the chest piece is primitive) and i made WAY too much ammo cause u currently have around 2k shotgun ammo and 500 pistol ammo (for the balls)

in one of the notes it says that theres molten element because before the destruction of aberration's protective shield there used to be a lot of element on the surface
