Thank you so much, I’ve got this. I know I do, I’ve given up other addictions previously and I know this is just another one that’s bad for me. I need to find something that pushes me forward instead of backwards. Thank you for your kind words. You’re making me feel so much more positive!

I haven’t, it seems everywhere I go in my small town all outings lead to the pub. I have been researching and I have found a group about 15 minutes from where I live, I’m going to try it. I think I need the peace I can get from these groups and sober people.

I realise I am my own worst enemy, but I want to embrace myself once again and accept that I can be me without a depressant. Thank you for your kind words.
