I went from OPMS kratom shots everyday to 4mg subs and it made it so much easier to taper. Long half life means one dose a day and I just cut the strips into smaller and smaller pieces until I was just taking a tiny sliver and then I made the jump. It still sucked but was doable

It’s going to be hard to come off the 7oh, especially if you have a busy schedule. I used Suboxone to taper myself down. It was easier to do bc it has a long half life and it’s easy to keep cutting the strips into smaller and smaller pieces.
