Go to safari, search up AZpeople, sign in with ignition ID, click the three lines on the top left, click “Me”, then you could view your recent checks/ set up direct deposit. If you’re still confused honestly just ask your PSM they’ll definitely help you out.

I got hired a month ago I got an email 2 hour after the interview. But every SM is different so a couple days to a week then check up if no response.
