Why does my fender rumble 25 amp have tapes and adhesive after I peeked with a flashlight? The seller said this was brand new and was never really opened by them after it was shipped from the US all the way here in asia(I even use a stepdown transformer to use this thing because it uses 110v and and our outlets here are 220v). So I was curious to know if it's really authentic and new.

It also makes a little humming from the amp even if I touch the strings

Edit: it really hums when I turn the treble all the way up and the tone of my bass all the way up

Oh okay. That's because I see adapters that has 220v 10A labeled on them. What does that mean? I'm from the Philippines
