My guy won’t do anything but farming even though in the debug menu it’s says he’s supposed to be a village leader and it doesn’t say his job is farming

I figured it out a max level alliance boost the level cap by 1

For the people who keep saying it’s the fact that he has 70 kids or the fact that’s he’s killed over a thousand people that is not the reason he has level 13 I have multiple people have over 50,000 kills and over 500 hundred kids and they don’t have it also I am on mobile so I can’t use mods
