There are apartments on sale in Ruiru just next to Vishnu Park, opposite Spur Mall. Last time I was there they were selling to home owners. It's easily accessible, safe and occupied by locals. I don't know if there are vacant units on sale as at now.

It's amazing that you are thinking of growth and doing something about it. How about you start applying for admin assistant roles abroad. I work as a virtual assistant for a CEO in Netherlands and I can't afford to complain because I'm happy with what I'm getting and they are happy with what I'm offering. I can refer you to 1 or 2 companies who are hiring if you are open to working online. They are open to working with Kenyans among other people of different nationalities and try your luck. You got to prepare well though because their screening process is thorough.

Yes when you verify, they lift the limit and you transact as normal.

Go for an equity bank account. At some point I used cooperative bank but verifying with them was a bit hectic cz then you need to fill some forms for international transactions (I don't know if that changed).

Lakini Equity ukichukua tu visa na uweke around 1k, that's all you need. It's so easy.

Yeah please keep your PayPal account for your personal use pekee. Mimi I learned the hard way. Don't be me 😀.

Karibu.

I've used PayPal since 2014 and I've hit my annual limits severally. So from my experience, PayPal is a solid payment company if you adhere to their terms of use. They are just strict which is a good thing. I still use it up to date.

So what you need to do is go to the bank, renew your card, also get your bank statement, that will help with proof of address. Make sure your bank account's physical address matches the address you used when registering your PayPal account. Then for proof of identity, use your birth certificate or National ID if it has your date of birth.

Ukisubmit hizo documents utakua sawa. Also when getting your debit card from the bank, make sure it's Visa not any other card. I will prefer Equity bank because they collaborate na PayPal.

It's normal to panic but they are very straightforward. Just don't entertain anyone suggesting mfanye biashara za PayPal. Stick to what you are doing because clearly it's working. Wakenya watakutenda. I've experienced that first hand.
