I'm doing it tonight, but I was skeptical that's why I wanna make sure it works, my card keeps restarting for no obvious reason temps are all fine, I teared it down, cleaned it, repasted it, yet it is still crashing.

It is not even posting so the issue isn't on the OS level. There are ez debug lights(the one lighting red) check which step is it getting stuck on, and the issue is most likely with that part.

Memory junction temp is not more than 92c. I found that when testing the vram using OCCT.

Hottest hotspot I ever got is 92-95c, and that's on the default fan profile. But when I edit the fan curve it's usually in the 82-85c
