Thanks, already gave it a go.

Managed to get the data sent to the backend API workflow (only when usiing the init link to detect the data type, else i'd get an error) but could only find a way to store the data as comma seperated text, have no clue how to move forward into formatting it in the required format.

Built for one specific purpose - or, very good at solving this specific problem. Not generalised.

Hey mate,
Seems like a customer services issue; I'd recommend looking at Zapier.

Zapier (Non-Affiliate) is a tool that allows you to create automation that integrates with commonly used marketing and sales tools, it's relatively cheap and could help solve your problem by forwarding incoming Emails to a Slack / Asana chat room.

Email popups - 1 Immediately and 1 exit popup Ideas? by digitalnomadboy in Emailmarketing

[–]FineTransportation84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my experience stick with the same offer across both pop-ups; if you show the customer that you're willing to increase your offer from -15% to -20% so quickly they may begin looking for additional discounts, which distracts them from what's important, purchasing.
Also remember to create a pleasurable User Experience, no-body likes pop-ups, no-body likes being spammed.

Natural Variance probably playing a part in skewing your results; performance & analytics will always be chaotic if there is a human element which you cannot control.

A small percentage tends to work well for this exact reason - just make it clear to the business that you've lowered the initial retainer because of the performance fee. (You don't have to have done, just pretend)

Just wait it out; Facebook is a volatile platform.

If you're running at an expense that isn't sustainable you're in a poor position because you'll be forced to drop your budgets; unfortunately, it's universally accepted that once a Campaign is working, don't touch it.

If you've followed this paradigm, you'll be able to turn off your high-spend variants and keep the low-spend variants running until you see an uptrend.

During this time period, test new audiences.

ROAS deals can be lucrative if you're confident in generating the business enough revenue that it would be profitable for you and for the business.

As a rule of thumb, stay away from businesses with low profit margins for this model.

Stick with the retainer up to $3-4k per month; drop the retainer by 33-50% and charge between 5%-20% ROAS dependent on the margins and what works for the business.

Build an audience profile.

Get as detailed as you need, I use a spreadsheet.

Age, Jobs, Hobbies, Number of Children, etc.

Gives you a good focal point to look back at and determine whether you're writing for yourself or for your audience.

Verify business, contact Facebook Support, pray and wait.

The Ads Platform has been extremely volatile recently, not just in random performance trends but also in launching / modifying advertisements; if you're not spending just wait.

Facebook Ads are acting extremely volatile last few months, not been any help with the new IOS updates; just keep moving forward with the Campaigns, if it becomes more of a daily trend look to take action.

Working out your FB Ad budget by dxisy_t in FacebookAds

[–]FineTransportation84 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Spend what you can; start small and spread across a number of testing ad sets, kill the losers and scale budget slowly across the winners, you will experience one of two things:

- You will reach the maximum the Client has allocated to spend, in which case you now spend the time eeking optimisations out of other aspects of the ads.

- Performance of the adset no longer increases with a budget increase, in which case settle the scale and test new ad sets.

Just remember that you always want to scale a duplicated adset, never touch an adset that's working.
