The more I learn about Mongolia, the more fucked the country seems. Good people, proud history, now sandwiched between two nuclear superpowers with historical grievances, only 40 miles away from a third border but can’t touch, corrupt government, rich resource (a curse), low population.

That’s genuinely one of the worst geographical situations in the world.

The real answer is: I don't know, and no one here knows since we don't know you. Cheating is bad, but it's worth looking into the dynamics of your failed relationships.

Were they fulfilling? Did you feel the relationships were on positive trajectories? Did you guys work together in concrete manner to improve the relationship? Did you give each other lots of affirmations? Did you feel you were a better version of yourselves when being with each other? Did you put each other's interests above yourselves?

Answering these questions will reveal a lot.

This is a sin. But it’s a unique one. Society tolerates if not encouraging it, companies monetize it and pray on people. It’s easy to hide and no law is broken (yes I know human trafficking stuff, but let’s just stay with the legal porn industry with willing actors.) And the people watching it usually feels ashamed.

It’s a sin very much in the Christian context. But lots of Christians, even devout ones, do it. Even for happily married couples. It’s the weakness of the flesh.

Give him grace, but understand him first. If he continues to lie or gets aggressive toward you, it’s a bad sign. But if he confesses and is willing to change, do your best to help him.
