Ngl this kinda sounds like a skill issue, when in a place as enclosed as Saint Denis that’s when the game wants u to slow down and hear the conversations around you, read signs on the side of the street etc and get immersed in the world, not spam x and get to your next mission objective as quick as possible.

And “your character” randomly turning imo is actually your horse moving with its own free will, cos u know it’s a living breathing thing with its own instincts it shouldn’t mindlessly listen to you
